My journey into health started in 2015, when my daughter had reactions to certain foods.
That’s when I began studying nutrition.
Over time, I realized something important:
nutrition alone is not enough. The body also needs proper movement and alignment.
I experienced this personally.
I struggled with back issues for years and tried many approaches—training, massages, medical support—but nothing truly addressed the root cause.
Everything changed in 2020, when I started a postural alignment program.
Within just two weeks, I could already feel and see changes.
That’s when I knew this approach was different.
I became a certified personal trainer, expanded into corrective exercise, and completed my Postural Alignment Diploma with the Egoscue Institute.
Today, I combine everything I’ve learned into a simple, structured approach that you can actually apply.
